Why is this work here?

These tickets had no activity for 21+ days across every source we monitor — no Jira updates, no Figma comments, no Slack mentions, no Fellow meeting notes, and no upcoming exec or design review dates. They've been automatically removed from the priority board to keep the board focused on work that's actually in motion.

How to get work re-prioritized:

  • 1 Jira — Add a comment or update the ticket status. Any activity counts.
  • 2 Figma — Leave a comment on the design file. The next refresh will pick it up.
  • 3 Slack — Mention the project in a design channel or DM Danielle or Jen directly.
  • 4 Fellow — Add it to a sprint planning agenda or exec review meeting.
  • 5 Exec review — Schedule an offline or in-person review with Qurat. It will automatically appear back on the board with high priority.

Once any of the above happens, the ticket will automatically re-appear on the priority board after the next data refresh. No manual intervention needed.
